I am going to start, by screaming "ALHAMDULILLAH! I AM OFFICIALLY UNDETECTABLE". Setelah setahun lebih memulakan hidup dengan regiment 10am dan 10pm (Efavirenz dan Zovilam) dan berkat tunjuk ajar serta bimbingan dari para senior, Alhamdulillah, akhirnya membuahkan hasil.
Berikut adalah jadual perkembangan dari tempoh permulaan mengambil ubat tersebut sehingga mendapat bacaan terkini pada 06.08.2014 yang lepas:

HOW DO YOU FEEL
Seriously. Terasa seperti dilahirkan semula. The moment when Dr. Suu dengan gembiranya menyampaikan berita "Tahniah, your virus is finally suppressed" - saya hanya tersenyum sampai ke telinga. Keesokan hari nya, saya pergi ke pejabat dan ditegur "Hey mate, U look glowing today. Apa cerita?" and I said "I got my life back" and she looked puzzled :-) Dan saya menempuh hari-hari biasa, seolah-olah virus tersebut dah tiada :-)
SO WHATS THE TIPS
Honestly, I dont know how to answer this question. One thing I realize, sejak dari mula diagnosed sampailah sekarang, saya selalu makan EPAL HIJAU dan JUS BUAH DELIMA. Semua ni pon saya amalkan setelah membaca beberapa blog dan artikel-artikel yang para senior bagi - so I keep consuming these wonderful natural supplements.
Dan supplement yang paling mujarab sebenarnya adalah this pill called "TAKE YOUR MEDICATION ON TIME AND NEVER SKIP". Ada la few occasions saya terlambat makan ubat tetapi saya tak pernah terlewat lebih dari 1 jam. Tidur pun kena cukup, tak boleh stress-stress and I always hang out with those whom I know dearly so my time is spent wisely.
CONCLUSION
The reason saya berkongsi tentang keputusan bacaan darah ini adalah bukan sebab mahu menunjuk. The main reason is, I wanna keep track the progress dalam blog sendiri (since I am very bad at memorizing) and I want to show to the newbies that "If the seniors can do it, I have proven that I can do it - and you can do it too". The secrets are always KNOWLEDGE, BRAVERY AND ALSO PRAYER. Once you reach the stage of "Undetectable", U will have the courage and satisfaction to say "Thank God! Finally!" and dont forget to treat yourself with some good foods or go out shopping or plan a vacation!

P/S : "Undetectable" bukannya bermaksud virus tersebut sudah tiada. It means, dalam kata mudahnya, virus tersebut telah "tidur" dan tidak berupaya untuk membiak. Syarat untuk terus menidurkan virus tersebut : adalah dengan sentiasa makan ubat yang diberikan, and never skip your medications. I am not a doctor to explain this but as a layman, tu la penjelasan secara ilustrasi mudah.

DeleteSalam, where do you actually get the pomegranate juice? Is a cordial or ready made drink produce by peelfresh?
ReplyDeleteAnonymous : There's this pomegranate extract - "Gulsan Nar Eksisi" - it is cheap and easy to get. Another drink I would like to suggest is "Marigold Power Veggies" - it contains "beetroot" (among others) and many say beetroots are good natural supplements. Good luck finding them :)
